It was April 9, 2006 that World Ventures, LLC announced that Marc Accetta, expert success coach and individual growth trainer had joined the corporation as the director of a new leadership training program. The move was part of a corporation initiative to give ongoing training and personal development to its representatives.

Mr. Accetta has been a personal growth expert for the last 19 years and has over 26 years of practice in Direct Sales and Network Marketing. Since joining World Ventures he has developed and overseen a completely new program that includes personal growth training, leadership development and educating legislative body on the basic how-to of operating a home-based business.

Mr. Accetta also organizes the development of a “Train the Trainers” plan to further expand the ranks of qualified company trainers. Even though he is not an active distributor within the World Ventures association, Mr. Accetta does convey both: experience in training as well as experience in building a company. Previously, he has been a top-ten income earner with three different network advertising companies.
